• Regularly scheduled lawn care includes mowing, trimming, and blowing off surfaces (every 2 weeks in season).

• Landscaping for bushes, plants, and islands to beautify the yard (1-2 times per year).

• Quarterly HVAC filter changes using premium, allergen pleated filters.
